Performance and reliability:

1.Remove  all burrs and sharp edges.

2.Sand blast before plating.

3.Finish:electrolytic Au plate ≥0.3µm thickness over electroltic Ni plate 1.3-11.43µm thickness.

4.No blisters on Au after 3 minutes at 350 deg-celcius(in air) as seen under 10x magnification.
